Precise intelligence for the infrastructure that can't afford to fail.
ACRI is a Texas-based consultancy embedded inside the technical layer of buildings, energy systems, and transportation hubs. We design, integrate, and represent owners on the controls, SCADA, and automation work that keeps complex facilities operating. Quietly. Predictably. On schedule.
Three disciplines. One operating philosophy.
We work as a small, senior team. Our computer engineers in the room are actually doing the work. Every engagement gets the same first question: what does success look like at commissioning, and what's standing in the way?
System Integration
SCADA, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and controls engineering for facilities where uptime is not negotiable. Using our technical expertise to support execution and decision-making. We design, specify, and integrate the technical systems behind the systems.

Where critical systems can’t have a bad day.
The common thread isn't a vertical. It's a tolerance. Our work concentrates in sectors where downtime is measured in dollars per minute, public risk or both.

A terminal expansion where the controls had to be invisible. And reliable.
Don’t disrupt operations. Don’t slip the window. Make sure the systems work.
ACRI was brought in to coordinate the building automation and low voltage controls scope across a multiphase expansion at George Bush Intercontinental’s terminals. The brief was simple in language and brutal in practice.
Working alongside the airline’s facilities team and the general contractor, we supported design review, controls submittal coordination, and field commissioning across five concourses.
A small firm built on senior judgement, not org-chart depth.
ACRI was founded by engineers who’d spent enough time in the field to know what owners actually need from a consultant. Someone who reads the drawings, asks the inconvenient questions, and stays in the room until the system runs.
We keep the team intentionally small. Every project is led by a principal with decades in control systems or capital delivery. No handoff to a junior the week after kickoff. That’s a deliberate choice, and it’s the reason clients come back.
